Door unlocking problem

Posting for a friend with a 2019 Chevy Trax. The passive unlock by pressing the door handle button doesnt work on the passengers side, but driver side and liftgate work fine. Both key fobs and interior locks work normally. Since neither driver side door responds, its probably not the button. Thinking it might be the antenna. Any tips on where to start?

I think you should check the passenger-side door handle sensor and wiring first, it may be disconnected or faulty

Why do you think it's the antenna and not a wiring issue or faulty sensor in the passenger door handle, have you checked for corrosion or loose connections yet?
