anyone here familiar with error code P0700?

Just a backstory, my Trax loses power and struggles when I go on a full stop and needed to start going again. it started with code P0420 so i changed one on the rear.
still no fix after that and worse, it's now showing P0700 but there are no other codes. i understand that this code might be related to the tranny but what could've happened here? any help will be appreciated!
