Buick encore vs Chevy Trax

I'm looking into getting a Buick Encore, but the forums for it are pretty much dead. Would you agree that its basically the same as the Chevy Trax? Im guessing most parts would swap over. Just wondering, are there any lowering kits out there for it, like springs or coilovers?

Well they're basically twins so most Trax parts will work on the Encore too. I think there's this one post in a Facebook Trax community that said they were able to use Trax lowering springs on their Encore without any difficulty.

Thanks, that's really helpful to know! Its great that the parts are mostly interchangeable between the Trax and Encore. Do you happen to know if the ride quality changes much after swapping the Trax lowering springs onto the Encore?? Would love to hear if it stays comfortable or gets a bit stiffer
